Cambridge Associates is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion. The firm earned a top score of 100 in The 2024 Disability Equality Index®.

The Disability Equality Index is a joint initiative of Disability:IN and The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). It is acknowledged today as the most robust disability inclusion assessment tool in business. Globally, people with disabilities represent 1.3 billion individuals. The index exists to help businesses make a positive impact on the unemployment and underemployment of people with disabilities, while also helping companies create long term value for employees and shareholders.

At Cambridge Associates, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our success. As part of our ongoing commitment to disability inclusion, we have also signed Disability:IN’s CEO Letter on Disability Inclusion. This pledge underscores our dedication to creating a workplace that is accessible, supportive, and empowering for all employees.

By joining this initiative, we are reaffirming our commitment to implementing best practices in disability inclusion, promoting accessibility, fostering emotionally safe spaces, and ensuring that our policies and practices reflect our values. We are committed to continuous learning and improvement in this area, and we will work diligently to support and uplift our employees with visible and non-visible disabilities. Together, we can build a more inclusive and equitable future where every individual, regardless of their abilities, can thrive.
