Heather Russell is a Managing Director and a Director of Hedge Fund Investments at Cambridge Associates.

Heather joined the firm in 2004 and has 20 years of investment experience. She helps a broad range of clients construct and oversee direct hedge fund portfolios. Heather has also served as a Research Director within the Hedge Fund Research Group where she led the firm’s hedge fund-of-funds research.

Heather joined the firm as a Research Associate in the Hedge Fund Research Group, where she sourced, analyzed, and recommended hedge funds. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Heather was a Global Securities Specialist at Mellon Financial.

She received her MBA from Babson College and her BA from the College of Charleston.
