Heather Russell is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Heather advises clients and constructs investment portfolios for endowments, foundations, and select family clients, with expertise in direct hedge fund programs. Her work includes investment strategy, portfolio construction, manager selection, implementation, and ongoing program management across hedge fund and specialty investment strategies. She joined the firm in 2004 and previously served as Research Director for Hedge Fund-of-Funds.

Outside of work, Heather serves on the Investment Committee of the Duxbury Rural & Historical Society and previously spent ten years on the Education Committee of 100 Women in Finance.

She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS from the College of Charleston.
