Beware of Investment Solicitations Impersonating Our Company or Its Employees

We have become aware of suspected fraudulent activities in Japan in which our company name or the names of our employees are being used without authorization for investment solicitations. Please note that our company is not involved in any such activities whatsoever, and we kindly ask that you exercise due caution.
Our employees do not use personal email addresses or any social networking service (SNS) accounts, including LINE, to send messages related to our Japan business. If you receive such a message, please do not respond under any circumstances.
In addition, if you are approached with an investment solicitation by an individual claiming to be one of our employees, please refrain from responding to or engaging with that solicitation.
Furthermore, our employees will never request bank transfers, remittances, or similar payments, nor will they ask for personal information or any other customer-related information, using personal email addresses or SNS accounts. If you receive a request via SNS or similar means to transfer or remit funds from someone impersonating our employee, please do not comply with such a request.
Please also be aware that relevant government ministries and agencies have issued various warnings regarding these types of fraudulent solicitations, and we encourage you to review such information as well.
If, unfortunately, you believe you have suffered damage as a result of such solicitation activities, please consult your nearest police station.

当社や当社の従業員を騙った投資勧誘にご注意ください
日本国内において、当社名や当社の従業員の氏名等を使用して当社を騙った詐欺と思われる勧誘行為等に関する情報が寄せられております。当社ではそのような勧誘行為等には一切関与しておりませんので、皆様におかれましては十分にご注意いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
当社の従業員が、当社の日本における業務に関連して、個人のメールアドレスやLINE等のSNSアカウント等を使用してメッセージ等を送ることはありません。もしそのようなメッセージ等を受信した場合、決して返信することのないようご注意ください。
また当社の従業員と称する者から投資の勧誘を受けた場合、そのような勧誘には応じることのないよう、十分にご注意ください。
当社の従業員が、個人のメールアドレスやSNSアカウント等を使用して振込、送金等の依頼を行うことや、個人情報その他のお客様の情報を要求することはありません。もし、当社の従業員を騙る者からSNS等において振込、送金等の依頼を受けた場合、そのような依頼には応じることのないよう、十分にご注意ください。

万一、このような勧誘行為等により被害に遭われてしまった場合は、最寄りの警察署までご相談いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
