Karen joined the firm in 2020 and is based in Sydney, Australia. She advises clients across Australia and New Zealand, including family offices, endowments, and foundations. She works closely with clients on investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager selection, helping them build portfolios aligned with their long-term objectives, governance structures, and spending needs.

She started her career as an Investment Analyst for Cambridge Associates.

Karen holds a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales and is a CFA® charterholder. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
