Chris Ivey is Head of the European Private Client Practice and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.

Based out of the London office, Chris began his investment career at Cambridge Associates in 2005. He focuses on private investments but has worked across asset classes for sophisticated institutional investors and private clients. The majority of his clients are based in Europe and have assets that range in size from $200 million to multiple billions. He regularly speaks at industry leading conferences and serves as an Investment Committee member for IESE Business School.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, he worked for Almeida Capital where he advised private equity firms on the fundraising, marketing, and structuring of their funds. He also worked at Merrill Lynch on the fixed income desk and spent five years as a structured finance lawyer with Linklaters.

Chris received his MBA from IESE Business School in Spain, his LPC and CPE at York College of Law, and his BA from Christ’s College at University of Cambridge. Chris is also a Qualified Lawyer.
