Boris Hentze

Managing Director, Middle East and Africa

Boris Hentze is a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.

Boris joined Cambridge Associates in 2015 and works out of the London office. He specializes in private investments and works with clients who reside in the Middle East and Africa.

Boris has over 25 years of experience in private equity, ranging from direct investing to advisory. Throughout his career, he has worked in senior executive positions for leading PE investment houses including 3i, J.P. Morgan Partners, and Candover. He has also worked with a variety of private equity transactions including early-stage VC, growth capital, and small to large leveraged buyouts (LBOs) in Europe, North America, and the GCC region. His responsibilities included ongoing portfolio management and value creation. Early in his career, he was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting as part of their financial services group.

He received his MBA (‘Diplom Kaufmann’) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Germany.
