Scott Zoltowski is the Chief Legal Officer and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.
Scott has over 30 years of investment experience and has been with Cambridge Associates since 2017. As a member of the executive leadership team, Scott leads the firm on regulatory and governance matters. He is responsible for managing the Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit functions and overseeing the respective global teams.
Scott is also a member of the Management Group and has leadership positions in other internal organizations. He is the Partner Ambassador to the CA Pride employee resource group.
Outside of work, Scott serves as the vice chair of his municipal conservation commission and is a trustee of a local historical society.
Before joining Cambridge Associates, Scott was Global Chief Counsel for Mercer where he was responsible for legal and compliance support to Mercer’s global investment businesses. While there, he helped develop Mercer’s discretionary investment offerings across the globe.
Scott earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law, cum laude, and his BA in economics from Trinity College.
