Raphael Heynold is the Head of EMEA and APAC Client Solutions at Cambridge Associates.

As a key member of the Global Client Solutions Leadership team, Raphael is responsible for driving growth and market expansion and overseeing client engagement efforts in the EMEA and APAC regions. Together with practice leadership, Raphael leads the development and implementation of business development strategies and manages teams responsible for all phases of the prospect and client journey in the regions. He works closely with the Global Client Solutions team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the development of new client opportunities.

Prior to joining CA, Raphael served as Managing Director at Partners Capital LLP, where he was focused on business development including direct new lead generation and private wealth solutions. Before that, Raphael was Global Head of the Institutional Private Client Group at HSBC Bank plc and spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs in London and Asia, where he held roles in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division and the Investment Management Division.

Outside of CA, Raphael serves as Senior Advisor at Rosedge Capital AG, a women-founded debt advisory business.

Raphael holds a degree in law from Ludwig Maximilian Universität in Munich, Germany. He is trilingual, speaking German, French, and English. He is also conversational in Dutch.
