Nick Warmingham

Managing Director, Co-investments

Nick Warmingham is a member of the Global Co-investment Team and a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.

Nick is a founding member of the team that established the firm’s Global Private Equity Co-investment platform in 2015. He is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and internal management of the team. Nick joined Cambridge Associates in 2014 as a Private Investment Specialist, constructing and managing bespoke global multi-private asset and private credit portfolios for pension clients on a discretionary basis, as well as advising a variety of asset owners including sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.

Nick brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Cambridge Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was an Investment Manager at Hermes GPE with a focus on private investments. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Associate in the European private investments team of the AIP business.

He received his MChem from Durham University and is a CFA® charterholder.
