Mary Martha Hardin

Senior Director, Client Solutions—Private Client Practice

Mary Martha Hardin is a Senior Director of Client Solutions for the Private Client Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Mary Martha joined Cambridge Associates in 2024 and is responsible for developing the firm’s private client business. She plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.

Outside of work, Mary Martha is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly organizations that benefit students and children. She serves on the boards of several non-profits, including Capital for Kids and Be An Angel, and is part of the planning committee for the STREAM Foundation.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, she spent nearly eight years at Hudson Way Capital Management, a concentrated long/short equity fund based in Dallas, Texas, where she was a Partner and member of the investment team. Her responsibilities spanned operations, data analysis, and investor relations. Earlier in her career, she served as National Accounts Manager and Internal Sales Desk Manager at Highland Capital Management. She began her career on the buy-side at Kleinheinz Capital Partners, a $2 billion hedge fund in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mary Martha received her BS, magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University.
