Lucrecia Tam

Senior Investment Director, Public Equity

Lucrecia Tam is a Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.

Lucrecia has more than 20 years of investment industry experience focusing on equity research both on the sell- and buy-side across three continents. As a Senior Investment Director, she oversees manager and market research for EMEA public equity investments. She is also responsible for manager research on select sustainability strategies and often collaborates with the Sustainable & Impact Investing team in landscaping thematic initiatives. She has also been involved in fostering environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration and conducted ESG investor education for Southeast Asian investors.

Before joining Cambridge in 2022, Lucrecia spent several years in Singapore working for Eastspring Investments where she collaborated in strategic and investment capacities. Prior to this, Lucrecia was Portfolio Manager and Analyst for PIMCO and Schroders in London, and Allianz Global Investors in San Diego (US). Earlier in her career, she was a Director focused on Latin American equity research as a Director for both Deutsche Bank and UBS in New York.

Lucrecia received her Master in Business Management from Boston University and her Bachelor of Science in Computing & Information Science from Roosevelt University.
