Dorota Spaulding
Managing Director, Public Equities
Dorota Spaulding is a Managing Director within the Public Equities team at Cambridge Associates.
Dorota joined the firm in 2005 and has 20 years of industry experience. She leads due diligence on long-only global equity strategies, having previously led the firm’s emerging markets equity manager research. She is also responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring best-in-class global equity offerings, and advising investment teams on related matters.
Beyond her manager research role, Dorota has been an active contributor to the firm’s internal and external DEI efforts, inclusive of various leadership roles within CA Women and active participation in the firm’s mentorship program. She also consistently engages in and contributes to key initiatives in areas including sustainability and impact investing, new technology exploration and adoption, and talent development.
Outside of work, Dorota volunteers for organizations committed to the development and success of future generations, including groups such as Invest in Girls and Citizen Schools.
Dorota received both her MBA and her BA in International Relations from Boston University. Over the years, she has been involved in various BU Alumni initiatives, including a term as President of the BU Young Alumni.
She is a native Polish speaker.
