Senior Investment Director - Retirement, Insurance & Government Practice

Cathy Xu is a Senior Investment Director for the Retirement, Insurance & Government Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Cathy serves a variety of institutional clients, including Taft-Hartley, corporate, and healthcare clients on the pension side, and a select few endowment & foundation clients. Cathy helps clients develop investment policy statements, select investment managers, and evaluate investment performance.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Cathy served as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Prior to that, she was an Analyst at Primavera Capital. Cathy began her career at PIMCO as an Account Analyst in 2013.

Cathy received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her AB in Economics from Princeton University. She is a CFA® charterholder.
