Navin Raj Jaidev is an Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.

Navin works closely with a variety of institutional investors on asset allocation strategy, manager selection across public investments and hedge funds, and portfolio implementation. Originally based in the Singapore office, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2025 and is now based in Hong Kong.

Navin joined Cambridge Associates as an Investment Associate in 2017. Before that, he served in multiple roles at DBS Bank Ltd, spanning across the regional business development and investment funds and operations desks within the wealth management division. His experience involved a range of projects from cross-border sales management to mobile software development.

Navin received his Master in Finance from IE Business School and BSc in Economics from University of Warwick. He is a CFA® charterholder.
