Laura O’Brien

Senior Investment Director, Endowment & Foundation Practice

Laura O’Brien is a Senior Investment Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Laura joined the firm in 2014 and works in Cambridge Associates’ London office. She focuses exclusively on the construction of custom private investment portfolios spanning private equity, venture capital, growth equity, and real assets. Her client base is largely made up of endowments and foundations ranging from £200 million to £2.0 billion in assets under management.

She also works with a number of private clients on their private equity and venture capital portfolios. Most recently, Laura has been working closely with clients on how to frame and integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) within their private investment portfolios.

She holds a Master’s degree in Politics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Politics from Trinity College, Dublin.
