Co-investments between limited partners and general partners have grown in recent years and is on the rise in many sectors including software, infrastructure and financial services. Scott Martin, Managing Director of Co-Investments, recently met with PE Hub to speak about the benefits for LPs, which include lower fees, more involvement in portfolio management and better understanding of the GP’s sourcing and due diligence process.
