Jason Roberts is the Chief Transformation Officer and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.
Jason has been with the firm since 2014 and has over 30 years of industry experience. As Chief Transformation Officer, he leads the firm’s strategic transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence. He is responsible for driving innovation across the organization, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring that Cambridge Associates maximizes the value of its investments. Jason partners closely with teams across the firm to identify opportunities for digital advancement, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. He is also a member of CA’s Global DEI Council.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Jason spent 15 years at Sapient Corporation. His most recent position was Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for setting strategy and leading critical engagements with clients. Prior to that, Jason was responsible for several key relationships with leading asset managers and hedge funds. Prior to joining Sapient, Jason worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Accenture.
Jason received his BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
