Bria Sladden is an Investment Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Bria joined Cambridge Associates in 2017 and serves colleges, foundations, and other endowed institutions ranging in size from $50 million to $1.5 billion. Bria is a generalist investor focusing on portfolio construction, portfolio strategy, investment manager selection, and market analysis.

In addition to her core work, Bria serves the broader firm by recruiting, conducting new hire training, and participating in firmwide initiatives and programs.

Bria received her BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
