Paul Liu is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Paul manages portfolios representing more than $4 billion in assets. He helps to build and manage total portfolios as well as custom hedge fund programs. He also evaluates new and established managers to identify best-in-class investment ideas for his clients and the firm.

Paul helped establish the firm’s Sydney office and has worked with institutional and family investors in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Outside of Cambridge Associates, Paul serves as president of a family foundation and coaches basketball as part of Catholic Youth Organization.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Paul was a Vice President at Beacon Pointe Advisors, where he helped non-profit institutions with general investment issues and led the firm’s research efforts in alternative assets. Previously, he was a Product Specialist at an investment management firm and an analyst in investment banking.

Paul received his MBA from Cornell University and his BA from University of California San Diego.
