Leslie Womble is the Chief Human Capital Officer at Cambridge Associates.

In this role, Leslie is responsible for leading Cambridge Associates’ Human Capital strategy, supporting the business and CA’s employees through the employee life cycle, and leading the Global Human Capital team.

Prior to this, Leslie was Head of Talent Development where she built and led the global Talent Development function, providing learning and development solutions in the areas of leadership and professional development, executive coaching, role-specific training, employee onboarding, and DEI learning.

Leslie joined Cambridge Associates in 2008 and held various roles in Global Investment Research. For the last decade, she has been focused on people-centric strategic initiatives in our Human Capital function and served as a Human Capital Business Partner.

She is also a member of the CA Values Working Group and is part of national and local organizations dedicated to human resources.

Leslie earned her MBA from Boston University and her BA in International Studies from American University.
