Katharine Campbell

Katharine Campbell is a Partner for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Katharine leads the Endowment & Foundation Private Investments team in London. She advises her clients on global private investment portfolios with a combined exposure of more than $8 billion. Mandates have ranged from building programs from scratch to refining already complex, mature portfolios. She has also led multiple client manager visits to the US and Asia.

Outside of Cambridge Associates, Katharine is a Trustee of the Thomson Foundation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Katharine was a senior journalist at the Financial Times, where she created the role of private equity correspondent. She also authored Smarter Ventures: A Survivor’s Guide to Venture Capital Through the New Cycle, published by FT Prentice Hall.

Katharine received her MA from Johns Hopkins University and was recognized as a Fulbright Scholar. She also received her BA, First Class, in Classics and Modern Languages from Oxford University
