Graeme Mills

Graeme Mills is a Partner for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Graeme builds and manages private investment portfolios both on a stand alone and total portfolio basis. He joined the firm in 2004 has more than 25 years of investment experience.

Outside of Cambridge Associates, Graeme is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Leadership Transformations Inc., a non-profit organization with a mission to cultivate spirituality and attentive discernment among Christian leaders and teams.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Graeme spent five years at BancBoston Capital, where he invested in middle-market leveraged buyouts and growth equity opportunities in the US and Latin America. Prior to this, he spent 14 years in commercial and investment banking in domestic, Latin American, and Australian markets for Bank of Boston/Fleet Bank.

Graeme received his Masters and Bachelors of Commerce from the University of New South Wales (Australia). Graeme is a Fellow at the Securities Institute of Australia and is a Senior Associate, CPA Australia.
