Mark Evans is a Partner at Cambridge Associates.
Mark brings more than 35 years of experience as an investor and has been with the firm since 2006. He serves as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), managing portfolios for endowment and foundation clients. He leads a team of 15 senior investors, asset class specialists, and investment analysts.
Mark is a frequent speaker at client conferences and hosts the firm’s Trustee Training Program for new and current institutional trustees. He serves on the firm’s Credit Investment Ratings Committee, as well as the steering committee overseeing our clients’ digital experience, helping to bring new tools, research, and portfolio analysis to our online client portal.
Outside of Cambridge Associates, Mark serves as Chair of the New Feoffees of the Grammar School in the Town of Ipswich, Massachusetts, serving as a trustee to an endowment for the schools established in the 1650s.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Mark founded boutique investment advisory firm Olympic Advisors. He also spent more than 15 years at BankBoston (now Bank of America) and served as the Head of European Corporate Banking, based in the UK, for four years.
Mark received his BA in Political Science and History from Williams College.
