Managing Director, Endowment & Foundation Practice
Julia Clay is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Julia joined Cambridge Associates in 2012 and has 20 years of investment experience. She serves as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) for private clients, foundations, secondary schools, and other non-profits.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Julia was a Vice President in institutional equity sales at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she was responsible for managing relationships with both marketable and alternative asset managers, and partnering with clients on equity, derivative, and asset allocation strategy and implementation. She was also responsible for managing and growing the global institutional business for the firm’s Boston office with a focus on emerging managers and funds.
Julia serves on the Vestry and Investment Committee for Church of the Redeemer, an Episcopal Church in MA. She is also a member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council.
Julia received her BA from Wellesley College and is a CFA® charterholder.
