Claire Masters is an Investment Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Claire works with a variety of institutional investors on asset allocation strategy, manager selection, and investment program evaluation.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates in 2022, Claire was a Senior Investment Associate for the $500m endowment at the Council on Foreign Relations, where she worked on due diligence and manager selection. She’s also had experience at Hillhouse Capital, a private equity firm based in Asia. She began her career as a Ratings Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service, conducting industry research and overseeing a portfolio of residential mortgage-backed securities.
Claire received her MBA from Yale School of Management and her BA from Ithaca College.
