Beatriz Labadan is an Investment Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Beatriz joined the firm in 2025 and works on behalf of a range of mission-aligned organizations, including foundations, universities, and other non-profits. She specializes in private investments, evaluating private equity, venture capital, growth equity, real assets, and credit managers to fit client investment objectives aligned with institutional missions.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Beatriz was an Investment Associate at Republic, where she invested in early-stage startups. Beatriz began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, focusing on middle-market M&A.
Beatriz received her MBA and BA from Columbia University.
