Judy Zhang is the Head of China Client Business and a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.
Judy joined Cambridge Associates in 2012 at its Boston headquarters and has been based in China since 2014. She works with a variety of sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowment and foundations, and insurance companies with assets ranging from $100 million to $30 billion on asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction. She has also led several private equity and venture capital investment due diligence efforts.
Outside of work, Judy sits on investment committees for a number of prominent non-profit organizations in Asia.
During business school, Judy studied at the Yale investment office and was a summer fellow at Kaust Investment Management Company, a large Saudi Arabian endowment specializing in investment strategy, asset allocation, and hedge fund evaluations. Prior to business school, Judy worked as a risk modeler at Risk Management Solutions, Inc., a leading insurance and reinsurance risk modeling company in California, US.
Judy received her MBA from Yale School of Management and her BS in civil engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University. She is fluent in Mandarin.
