Anne Kuleshova is a Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.
Anne joined the firm in 2025 and specializes in real assets private investments and is based in Cambridge Associates’ London office. In her role, Anne works closely with clients to build customized real asset portfolios. She sources and underwrites investment opportunities in private markets across different structures, including primary funds, co-investments, and secondaries within infrastructure and real estate.
Beyond her role at Cambridge Associates, Anne serves as a Director of her alma mater, The Mac.Rob Foundation, and is the co-founder of Women In Investments, a community group for women investors in Australia.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Anne worked at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) with a focus on direct, co-investment, and portfolio management within infrastructure. Previously, Anne worked at JANA Investment Advisers—one of Australia’s largest investment advisers—where she underwrote funds and co-investments for some of Australia’s largest pension funds. Anne also worked at Deloitte in M&A and valuation. She began her career at Macquarie Bank covering infrastructure.
Anne received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Melbourne and is an Actuary (AIAA) of the Actuaries Institute of Australia.
