Jill Shaw is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Jill has more than 20 years of investment experience and has been with the firm since 2001. She works with a variety of foundations, universities, and private clients ranging in size from $80 million to $2.5 billion.
In 2019, Jill was recognized as one of Wall Street Journal’s “Women to Watch” and received the Peter O. Dietz Award for excellence in the field of performance measurement literature in 2021.
Jill’s published thought leadership in performance measurement includes, A Framework for Benchmarking Private Investments and Policy Benchmarking: Best Practices for Private Investments.
Prior to business school, Jill was a manager in the firm’s private investments performance group at Cambridge Associates. In this role, she managed more than 30 associates and analysts responsible for the analysis of 2,700 venture capital, private equity, oil and gas, real estate, global, and fund-of-funds investments.
Jill received her MBA and her BA in Finance and Economics from Babson College.
