Ramona Affolter

Senior Director, Head of Legal & Compliance Switzerland

Ramona Affolter is the Head of Legal & Compliance Switzerland and a Senior Director at Cambridge Associates AG.

Ramona is responsible for managing all legal and compliance matters, ensuring regulatory adherence, and overseeing corporate governance for Cambridge Associates AG in Switzerland .

Previously, Ramona was Head Legal and Compliance Officer at SIGLO Capital Advisors AG (SIGLO), a Zurich-based investment advisor specialising in alternative investments such as ILS, private debt, drawdown management and impact investing. In November 2024, SIGLO was acquired by Cambridge Associates.

Ramona started her career in 2010 at the Bülach District Court, where she served as a court clerk from 2011 to 2014, assessing judgments in civil and criminal cases and training new legal staff. From 2014 to 2020, she worked at Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG as a legal and compliance officer, handling fund-specific legal and compliance issues. Before joining SIGLO in 2020, she was at PolyReg self-regulatory organisation, reviewing membership applications under financial market law.

She holds a law degree (lic.iur.) from the University of Zurich.

Ramona is fluent in German and English.
