Jamie Polanco

Cohort Facilitator, In Three Generations

As a member of a successful family, Jamie Polanco assists and educates families navigating the impact of wealth and building legacy. Having the unique position of being adopted into a prosperous family and providing opportunities once not thought possible, Jamie is able to speak to living on both sides of wealth. These unique experiences shape her ability to inspire others from the stage giving a keynote presentation, or across the table during individual or group coaching. Jamie has a gift for navigating decision-making, planning with purpose, and defining family goals and impact.

With a focus on wealth creators as well as rising gen family members, Jamie is able to bring personal experience and multi-generational understanding to her clients and groups. She focuses on individual growth and experiences of each family member and looks forward to goal setting and planning for productive, meaningful lives for her clients.

Jamie is a certified Life Coach through The Institute for Life Coaching and has spent the last three years in continuing education concerning rising generations, empowering women, and building legacy. She is a current member of the Purposeful Planning Institute and actively co-facilitates RisingGen cohorts. Within her own family as a generation 4, Jamie sits on the Family Counsel and Investment Committee.

Her education and other professional experience include a Bachelor of Science degree in education with a focus on special education, where she spent years listening, learning and advocating for the needs of others. She also has experience as a crisis counselor for the Tarrant County Women’s Center helping individuals and families navigate adversity.

Raised in Texas and following many moves around the country, Jamie currently resides in New York with her husband, children, and four dogs.
