Felicia Choo

Felicia Choo is an Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.

Based in the Singapore office, Felicia builds, implements, and manages custom private investment portfolios for institutional and private clients across real assets, private credit, private equity, and venture capital. She also contributes to the firm’s private investments manager research and coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Felicia was a Portfolio Manager at Great Eastern Life Assurance, where she pioneered their allocation to private infrastructure while also allocating to public fixed income. She also has experience integrating sustainability and impact considerations in portfolios. Before that, she was with the Monetary Authority of Singapore working on allocations to private infrastructure funds and developed transition and sustainable finance initiatives. Felicia started her career with the Singapore public service, covering fiscal strategy as well as product development for the Singapore pension system, the Central Provident Fund.

Felicia received her Bachelor of Science (International Economics), summa cum laude, from Georgetown University and her Masters of Arts (International and Development Economics) from Yale University.
