Charlie Koegler, CFA

Charlie Koegler is a Managing Director for the Retirement, Insurance & Government Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Charlie works with a variety of institutions including pensions, families, endowments, foundations, and government entities, and focuses on helping his clients create sophisticated private investment portfolios. Since joining the firm in 2006, Charlie has held a number of roles focused on private investment performance evaluation and investment manager research. He also has significant experience in Asian private markets, having previously been based in the Cambridge Associates Singapore office, where he helped lead manager research on Asian private funds in addition to working with clients.

Charlie is a frequent speaker at Cambridge Associates events and contributes to the firm’s research and thought leadership on venture capital and private equity. He has spent extensive time evaluating investment managers and themes in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the US, and various emerging markets. In addition to his work at CA, Charlie is also on the board of the Princeton Historical Society in Massachusetts.

Charlie received his BS in Business Administration from Boston University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
