Molly Jennings

COO, Global Operations

Molly Jennings is the COO of Global Operations and a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.

In this role, she advances strategic priorities across the global operations organization, with responsibility for enhancing how teams operate, improving coordination across functions, and strengthening the processes that support the firm’s work and client service.

Before assuming this position, Molly was COO of the Private Client Practice, where she managed operations for the firm’s private clients. Earlier in her career, Molly served as Director of Operations for the Private Client Practice where she was responsible for career development, client staffing, and operational oversight.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Molly served as an Assistant Director at Harvard University, managing reunion year campaigns and implementing fundraising strategies. She also held various roles at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, including overseeing a client service team for financial advisors managing around $5 billion in assets.

Molly received her BA from Williams College.
