Vanessa (Waibel) Getty-Haigh is an investor based in Cape Town, South Africa. She has experience in both investment banking and venture capital, with broad exposure to financial markets, transactions, and early-stage investing. During this time, she earned her MBA at HEC Paris, where she also began contributing to her family office, Sutton Place Limited, through the Sustainable Investments Working Group and serves on the Sutton Place board.

Two years ago, she left venture capital to focus full-time on the family office. Vanessa focuses on long-term, sustainable investments, deploying capital with a mission-aligned and strategic lens.
