Tom Tardif is an Associate Director at Cambridge Associates.
He joined the firm in 2025 and has more than ten years of client relationship management and business development experience. Based in the Dubai office, he is part of the Client Solutions team serving the Middle East and Africa.
Outside of his role at CA, Tom is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and holds certificates that cover international, UAE, and UK markets.
Before joining Cambridge Associates, Tom led Middle East and North Africa capital raising and investor relations for Salica Investments, a private markets GP based in London and Abu Dhabi. He also served as a Relationship Manager at Greenstone Equity Partners, the Middle East’s largest placement agent based in Dubai. Prior to moving to Dubai, he worked as a Director in London for Blu Family Office.
Tom earned a BSc in Management from the University of Southampton.
