Pamela Boone

Pamela Boone is the Chief Financial Officer and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.

Pamela has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles across global capital markets, operations, financial reporting, controllership, accounting, and auditing. As CFO, she leads our firmwide accounting and finance teams; provides ongoing evaluation of the firm’s financial performance including overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; and provides significant insights on the financial implications of our strategic decision making.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Pamela spent nearly two decades at State Street where she was most recently Head of Global Client Service Solutions and managed a team of over 140 professionals in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and India. Prior to that she led a 200-person team and was responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial and regulatory reporting. Prior to this, she served in multiple finance leadership roles at Investors Bank and Trust, Bank of Boston, FleetBoston Financial Corporation, and the Unisys Corporation.

She received her MBA from University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Accounting from Howard University.
