Kara Paluch
Global Head of Investment Operations
Kara Paluch is the Global Head of Investment Operations at Cambridge Associates.
Kara joined Cambridge Associates in 2010 and is responsible for the firm’s Investment Operations functions, including both our Treasury and Transaction Services teams. She also oversees the preparation and execution of client trade activity.
Throughout her tenure, Kara has supported a variety of middle office and operational functions at the firm. She led our US Portfolio Implementation teams, supported our OCIO business processes, and overseen the group responsible for the operations, oversight, and administration of all Single Investor Funds, separately managed accounts, and Single Manager Funds.
Before joining Cambridge Associates, Kara was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG LLP. She was responsible for analyzing and performing financial statement audits for various clients in financial services, including private/venture equity funds, hedge funds, and investment managers.
Kara earned both her MBA in Accounting, with distinction, and her BS in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Bentley University.
