Eric Jensen is a Managing Director for the Private Client Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Eric joined the firm in 2016 and works across a variety of clients from private families to non-profits. His primary responsibilities include manager selection, portfolio construction, and risk management. Eric specializes in building hedge fund and public equity portfolios, often leading diligence efforts and sourcing new ideas. He is also a member of the Portfolio Construction Committee, where he contributes to the firm’s latest thinking on portfolio implementation and investment strategy.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Eric was an Analyst at Polen Capital Management, a global asset manager based in Florida. At Polen, Eric held a unique role that sat between the investment team, management team, and distribution team. He was responsible for developing a quarterly portfolio-level risk monitoring framework, building Polen’s RFP database, and servicing clients.
Eric received his BA in Mathematics & Economics from Wheaton College (MA). He is a CFA® charterholder.
