Drew Carneal is an Investment Director for the Global Investment Research team at Cambridge Associates.
Drew joined CA in 2018 and brings nearly ten years of industry experience. Based in Arlington, Virginia, he is a key member of the Private Investment Strategy Research team, specializing in industry-level analysis across private markets, with a focus on private equity and venture capital. He is also a significant contributor to the firm’s private equity and venture capital benchmark commentaries, operating metrics reports, and conferences, including the Private Investment Summits. Additionally, Drew works closely with client teams, helping them navigate the complexities of private investing through thoughtful analysis and research support.
He is a founding member of CAMPP, a CA-sponsored program focused on private investments for college students.
Before joining the firm, Drew began his career at a technology startup, working primarily in business development.
He received his BS in Psychology from Dickinson College.
