Caitlyn Shea is an Investment Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Caitlyn works with colleges and universities, secondary schools, foundations, and cultural institutions, serving as a trusted advisor in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of investment portfolios. She provides strategic guidance on asset allocation, manager selection, and performance analysis, while building strong client relationships and ensuring portfolios align with each organization’s mission and financial goals.

Caitlyn joined the firm in 2021, and prior to her current role, she held roles as an Investment Analyst, Investment Associate, and Associate Investment Director.

Caitlyn received her MBA and BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
