Amy Ridge

Amy Ridge is Head of Solutions Strategy and a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.

With 20 years of experience in private markets, Amy leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for CA’s comprehensive service offerings, including private asset solutions for clients and prospects. Her responsibilities include evaluating and prioritizing competitive solutions, articulating CA’s value proposition, developing pricing and positioning strategies, and streamlining processes to deliver these solutions efficiently.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Amy held several senior leadership roles at Mercer, including Co-Head of US Alternatives and most recently Partner and Global Real Assets Leader, where she drove performance in portfolios by developing strategic asset allocation frameworks, sourced innovative opportunities, and worked with clients to build customized portfolios. Amy brings deep expertise across private markets with experience in investment sourcing and research, portfolio management, and client services, having worked with a diverse array of institutional investors including public pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowments, and foundations.

She has won numerous industry awards and keynote speaking engagements, and she serves on the Board of the Sacramento Children’s Home.

Amy has a Bachelor of Administration in Finance from University of San Francisco.
