Phil Fiske

Phil Fiske is a Partner for the Pension Practice at Cambridge Associates.
Phil has more than 30 years of experience as an investor. He works with a number of foundations, universities, private clients, and corporate pension plans to construct and oversee custom private market investment portfolios.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates in 2004, Phil was a financial consultant responsible for managing two technology-based private equity portfolios for a large corporate pension fund. He also worked for seven years as the Director of New Business Planning for Raytheon, where he managed acquisitions and divestitures as well as a venture capital (VC) portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at 3i Capital, where he sourced and evaluated investment opportunities and was responsible for making direct investments.
Phil received his PhD in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering at the University of Michigan. He also received his MBA from Harvard University and his BSEE from the University of Toledo.
