Jess LaRoche Pouliot is a Managing Director of Digital Solutions at Cambridge Associates.
Jess leads the strategy and delivery of the firm’s digital solutions. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing new data and software tools for the firm’s investment and research teams as it relates to private investments portfolio analysis, research, and benchmarks. She has led numerous projects to introduce new data and analysis in this area.
Prior to her current role, Jess was a Product Manager responsible for implementing the private investments technology tools, including iLEVEL, Optica Research, and Optica Benchmarks. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Manager within the private investments performance reporting group where she managed a team of ten analysts. Across her various roles in performance reporting, Jess oversaw the analysis of venture capital, private equity, real estate, energy, and fund-of-funds investments, as well as portfolio performance reporting and analytics for numerous institutional clients.
Jess is also the Co-Chair of CA Women, the firm’s employee resource group dedicated to cultivating an inclusive culture for women.
Jess received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies from Bryant University.
