Celeste is the Interim Chief Financial Officer for Cambridge Associates and will focus on supporting the firm in the Board, Management Group, and Leadership Team settings, as well as on collaborating with our Finance and Accounting team and other business leaders. She joined the firm in 2021 and has over 26 years of prior finance and industry experience.
Celeste is currently the President of 4Pines Fund Services, a firm she co-founded that provides outsourced financial support and services to investment firms, including outsourced CFO services. Prior to that, she spent six years at Commonfund as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer where she led the financial management, planning, operations of the firm and its private capital subsidiary. During her time at Commonfund, she was a member of the Executive Committee and worked closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees on strategic and tactical initiatives.
Celeste also served as the Managing Director of Finance and CCO for Pomona Capital, a $13 billion private capital firm specializing in secondary investing, FOFs and co-investments. Celeste managed the overall financial affairs of the firm including its private capital funds, compliance, and administration.
Celeste holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College.
