Rob Fitzgerald is an Investment Director in the Global Real Assets Investment Group at Cambridge Associates.
Rob joined the firm in 2022 and brings ten years of industry experience. In his role, Rob works with clients to build customized real assets portfolios. He is also responsible for identifying and underwriting investment opportunities across the various real assets sectors, including private equity, private credit, long-only, and long-short funds.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Rob worked at SVB Private (formerly Boston Private Wealth) where he performed investment research and investment manager selection across private and public asset classes such as real assets, private credit, private equity, and public markets, including long-only and hedge funds. His career began at MFS Investment Management where he managed relationships with institutional investment advisory firms.
Outside of work, Rob is a Go Far Volunteer for Bottom Line, an organization that partners students from under-resourced communities with mentors.
Rob holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from Northeastern University and a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is also a CAIA® charterholder.
