Professional Development

New associates often participate in a multi-week, formalized training program with dedicated internal trainers and immediate exposure to senior management. We develop programs in a variety of innovative and challenging formats to guide you through your career. Associates are formally evaluated as part of the firm’s semi-annual Performance Review Process, which includes input from peers and managers.

Meet us On-Campus

We have two major recruiting cycles for full-time hires at CA: fall and spring. We also actively recruit for interns during the spring recruiting cycle. Of course, we hire recent graduates throughout the year as needs become available.
